Midwest Infusion Center
Midwest Infusion Center is a unique treatment setting designed for patients to receive complex therapies in a safe, comfortable, non-clinical environment. Our team, which includes physicians and registered nurses who are experts in infusion therapy, works together with referring providers to ensure all therapies are delivered safely, affordably and efficiently.
“The Infusion Center was designed for patients to receive their treatments in a comfortable, caring environment, as many of our patients, including children and adults, may spend 4-6 hours or longer in the Infusion Center every 3 weeks," said Lori Kamin, RN.
Under the discretion of our providers, our registered nurses also provide education for patients to safely administer their therapies at home, when appropriate.
The Infusion Center was built based on patient comfort and is often described as having a “spa-like” feel, with warm and inviting décor, textured walls, a free-standing waterfall, and tropical foliage. While receiving treatment, our patients can sink into luxurious, leather recliners or engage in conversation at a game table. Adjustable privacy curtains can also be drawn, for privacy reasons, if desired. Additional amenities include personal televisions, computers, and a snack bar with complimentary refreshments.
